Not getting Key item subjugation wildskeeper even when active

Hi, I’ve done a few wildekeeper reives and even though the subjugation enemy name is active I’m not getting the ki that comes with it, the one the gives 3% more capacity points

My main is instinct but it’s happening on my alt characters please assist
