Character on wrong server

I transferred a character from Asura to Bahamut (Queenlee) on the Mogstation, but she is not actually moved over in the select a character screen.

Uh... I assume this is just some terminology confusiion, because the Mog Station is for FFXIV accounts.

But the character transfer process is not instant, it can take some time. You're supposed to get an email when the process is complete.

Did the payment actually go through, and is the transfer reflected in the account information on the account management site?

The process is someawhats instant, actually, or at least was when I did it a few times in the past.

One has to log out from PlayOnline to be able to purchase it even.

One time it failed for some reason for me as well, and that time I contacted a Game Master in-game and they sortied it up for me. I suppose they might ask you to contact the customer support instead, but it should be worth a try if the payment went through.
