Farm Tree cuttings, Grow tree saplings, turn them into leaves. Take you a month, not worth it, but that's how.

With 10 pots at the end of a month you might get 20 stacks if you do it right. Or skip that nonsense and do an easier synth.

In a weird way, I miss the old school gardening, it was painful, but growing ores made a lot of gil

so with 8 characters and 10 pots each character x arcane pots x crystals and tons of tree saplings thats a lot of ingots i can make...

Just remember, there's a reason no one does it. It's dozens of hours of muling and checking plants every day. Where as you can just buy gold/platinum ore in infinite supply.
