You can't cuss. It's just a rule that will get you in trouble every time, regardless of what is going on. IDK if GM calls work anymore in game, but I'd start there and move to the support website if you don't get ahold of someone with an hour or so.
They won't be able to do anything about discord or GW. Only what this person does to you in game that breaks ToS.
