POL-0250 AND FFXI-4001

Hello, recently when I have tried playing FF11 the game will suddnely have issues & crash. I will be playing for 20-30 min and then the S/R in the upper right hand corner will start dropping real low and my percentage will drop. Then the screen will go black and I recive the FFXI-4001 and the POL-0250 error mesages in that order.

In general, for this kind of issues, the Technical Support (https://forum.square-enix.com/ffxi/forums/79-Technical-Support) forum will be a better fit.

Speaking of the issue, if possible, I'd try with a different connection to the internet. Any kind of wireless networking especially can be problematic like this.

Other things to look into could be if there are any other signs of the connection to the internet being flaky. Simply being able to browse websites will often not be enough to say that "yes, it works otherwise", as the connection can recover very quickly, but even the IP address may change, and things like online games will need to re-establish the connection.

Some further thoughts: did you ever have this issue with Final Fantasy XI Online before, while using the same connection and hardware set-up?

Whoops, thought this was Tech suport sorry. and no, I have been playing for around six months now, always on my home wifi, and this is the first problem of this sort that I have encountered. While the proble was occuring this last time I checked the internet speed on a diffrent device on the same wifi and it sested normal, and youtube loaded videos just fine.
