Leviathan is dead unfortunately, you are better off moving to Asura as that is where everyone plays.

I hear Odin also has a reasonably active English population, if you want a server that's lively but not overcrowded.

If can move, Bahamut is a chill place for casuals, & ofc tons of english. ;)
