View Full Version : Cannot get my in game promo items please help

Hello devs.

I have contacted technical support by email that refered me to ingame GM, that refered yo this forum, please help

I bought 2 games with full expansion for me and my father. With these games should come a chocobo shirt as well as destrier barret or hat. When i enter the promo codes, all i see is the name character at the end. Thinking it was normal as i just made my character i sent the chocobo shirt… result? I lost it. (This was about tuesday this week)

Knowing this wasent normal i contacted square support by email, they said it takes 24 hours to make the chararcter register. Now a whole week in and it still says character when i want to send the destrier barret and not my character Viagraa. The character is registered because when i look at the link services (to cancel a character or add one) i see viagraa, but cannot send the items to him as soon as i go to the additional service section, he disappears.

The ingame gm thinks this is a bug and should not happen.

Can any devs please help me get the items i paid for, that is all im asking please fix the bug. I have been a player of ffxi and ffxiv for 20 years and never had such problem.

You need to talk to the Festive Moogle outside the Mog house of one of the 3 nations to redeem.

The problem is i cannot send the promo item to the game because i cannot see my registered in game character in my square enix account.

When i go to square enix, additional services, enter the promo code, the only character i can see is “character” there for my character is nom existant. So i cannot send the promo item in the game at all.

Its really a bug square enix needs to fix in my account, not even the ingame gm could of helped me he said to ask for dev support here

It can take some time for the information to appear on the site.

The GMs tell everyone to come here, because in-game GMs only handle in-game issues. Your issue is not an in-game issue. You need to go to the support site to inquire about this, as it is an account issue.

Help me out; why would this be deemed offensive? It's just the name (kinda) of a prescription drug?

A perscription drug with a very particular purpose, they know why they chose it lol

Also, copyrighted/trademarked names aren't allowed anyway, read the user agreement
