The cutscene with Rahal never starts in Altennia Burns Bright of VR 7-4

I am doing VR 7-4 Altennia Burns Bright. After speaking to Rahal, the cutscene never starts. Please check the details in below. Thank you.

Steps:

1. I am doing Voracious Resurgence 7-4 Altennia Burns Bright. The mission has been started after I spoke to NPC Halver.
2. In the next , I spoke to Rahal in Chateau d'Oraguille (H-9) to move the mission forward.
3. The event began and my pc screen got dark. But nothing happens next. The screen keeps dark with BGM. The cutscene never starts.
4. I tried a couple times by rebooting but it has not been solved yet.

This kind of issue is very commonly caused by third party tools. I don't know if you're using any or not, but if you are, you should run the game without them to get past the cutscene and what you do after that is entirely up to you.
