Equipment Menu Not Showing Gear In All Storage

I am currently experiencing an issue with my equipment menu in the game. When I access the equipment menu, I am unable to see or switch to different storage options. Instead, all the storage slots appear blank, preventing me from managing my items effectively.

This can happen if you've installed an outdated third party UI modification. If you're using that, try disabling or removing it.

Yes, however, using the 3rd party software in the first place more than likely created the [on going] issue.

Trying running a file scan/repair via POL.

In any case, bug reports will become locked once acted upon, and if you wish to seek help beyond reporting something, you may use the Technical Support (https://forum.square-enix.com/ffxi/forums/79) forum instead.

In addition to the file check feature mentioned (Play Online start screen), there is another one that can be triggered via the Configuration Utility [1].

That one will run when launching the actual game (where it would at version update time). I would say it is good to run both, as they seem to do somewhat different things.

As for the issue, if the file repair does not work, are these the steps you're taking?

- From the menu, you select 'Equipment'.
- Then you select the body equipment slot for example.
- Now select Storage Options |>
- All the options appearing to the right are blank? And selecting them does not do anything? Or is it that you can select, say, Mog Wardrobe, but it displays no equipment?

I can toggle/use the gear or items that are in my INVENTORY , but everything stored in the MOG WARDROBES is displaying as blank. I'm unable to select any items from the Mog Wardrobe. For instance, my Nyame set is stored in Mog Wardrobe 1. When I attempt to switch my gear, the right window remains blank, and none of my gear items are visible."

After running both file checks, I identified and fixed one corrupted file. However, despite resolving that issue and running the file check again, which came back clean, the game continues to display blank content."

Hm, I wonder if you are able to see the items when creating an equipment set under the Macros menu?

I don't have an option to upload pictures so I show you instead of keep going back and forth it's been like this for days I can't play the game this way ive been just trying to figure this out its annoying

Indeed, the features to upload images is not enabled here, so only external sites such as imgur would work for images.

I was wondering about the macro/equipment sets parts since that would show you all the equipment, not only those that you can currently equip (at least ruling that being the issue out).

Problem solved definitely a bug but I place 1 item from inventory inside mog house into each mog storage and literally saw the equipment refresh in front of me did that to all the storages I do have some items in my inventory that are greyed out but happy I can see all my gear thx for your support dragoy

That "refresh" makes me think of what happens when the game is still loading items after changing an area, but I imagine you would have been in the area for a while by then. ^^

Good to see it started behaving, what ever it was!

Greyed out items could be items in Bazaar currently, if that is the main inventory where they are.
