Triboulex and cure

My group attempted Triboulex yesterday and used the dev's suggestion of cure(light dmg) to lower Setting the Stage. We cure bombed and managed to lower Setting the Stage to 1250 dmg per person. It works great.

However, we could not get cure to MB on fusion. Does anyone know why you cannot MB cure on Triboulex? Normal cure spells does dmg to him. After the run I did fusion>cure 4 on apex skeletons in Ra'Kaznar Inner Court, so I know cure will MB on undead. I also had no problem with cure Magic Bursting on Skomora when we did it 3 days ago.

A update. We did triboulex again tonight and this time cure was MBing. I don't know what was the problem last night.

We also managed to get Setting the Stage down to 0 dmg this time.

To increase our cure dmg we went with sch sub instead of rdm. Light arts gives an additional 200 healing skill; this lets you go from 1500 cure 2 dmg to 6250 cure 2 dmg. The 6250 dmg was geo/sch with light arts, so your support can really do good dmg quickly(to give you a comparison you only need to do 240 cure 2 at 6250 to do all of his 1.5 mil hp) . The blm/sch was doing 12k luminohelix without MB. Our average master level is around 15-22 so there is room to improve these numbers; but it works!!
