Sortie conversion plans

It would be nice if we could get an answer if there are any plans to allow conversion of items from sortie akin to the 10:1 conversion of cards in omen.

IE 10 earring +1 to choose a +1 earring of a job of your choice, augment values still random. 3 earring +2 to choose a +2 earring of job of your choice, augment values still random.

IE 99 eikondrite for 1 octahedrite.

Of course conversion rate set by SE but conversion none the less would be a great quality of life improvement.

To make every Stage 1 Prime weapon, you need 16 Eikondrite and I have over 100. If I could exchange them for another drite or perhaps use them in a crafting/synergy recipe, that'd be kind of fun? Similarly, for NQ and +1 Earrings, I just have so man duplicates.
