Ambuscade Volume 2 ROE (to obtain key item) is not available

So... i used last month's volume 2 key item for this month's volume 2 run. I used it up and I did not receive credit for the clear. The ROE is not available in my log at all. The daily is there but the ROE to obtain the key item for ambuscade volume 2 is not there. Square Enix support was unable to help. I called Square-Enix and they referred me to help desk/ GM and this is where I am currently at. Has anyone experienced this before or
know how i can fix this? Help me out! Please and thank you.
