Campaigns for Japanese Players only?

A few campaigns have been advertised on the Japanese site that the american site does not have. Was this just a mistake, or will the american players not have all the campaigns going forward?

They have been put up on the EU and US sites now as well (forget if it was yesterday).

I'd guess someone who normally handles it was out of office, or indeed, some kind of a mistake happened.

It would surely take quite a bit of effort to exclude certain regions from in-game events, without completely excluding them from the game. ^^;

(What they /did/ leave out on the English side, was a real-life event included in the Japanese version update notes (thread 61001)... which in a way makes sense, sure, being in Japan, but I'd appreciate it if they included it in the translation. And hey, maybe I wanted to go, too!)
