Multiple Bugs.
When I go to my menu in MOG House, where you can job change, the command list is missing options, also, when I select Storage, it brings up Locker, and so on so forth, to job change I have to select Remodel.
Also,
My locker is paid until 2026, but I cannot access it, not even from Aht Urhgan. I have spoken numerous times to Furbhan.
I cannot /tell anyone, When I /tell Phatalphlaw for instance, it says this request cannot be processed. I cannot set blue magic spells either as the command doesn't exist.
I just returned to game after almost 4 years, and this has been going on for weeks, its seriously getting annoying.
I have installed, uninstalled, ran DXiag, re and un installed POL and Direct X, I have done every suggestion Support has given and still nothing works, also this is a bran new gaming laptop with enough power to run absolutely anything so it is not a PC issue.

Please help!

Have you tried the text commands to access things? if those work ie /locker, /bank if those work it sounds like a GUI interface issue. Is this a default installation of ffxi after update?

You should repost this in tech support, it's a technical issue, not bugs. Generally this is caused by corrupt files, or conflicting external tools (which are a TOS violation)

Try running the game vanilla without any external tools and see if that helps, if you were using any. Otherwise, I'd advise doing a file check. Reinstall the game to a different drive, and use the default folder path.

Also, no matter how amazing your gaming rig is, you need to post your specs, there is always the possibility that some specific hardware doesn't like the game for whatever reason, so you can't just say "it's not a PC issue becuase my PC is a gaming god."

It could also be corrupt user data, so I would reccomend backing up your local user data (which stores your map markers, macros and other locally-stored data) and then delete it so the game re-generates default files.
