Zoning via Crystal from LJ to N Sandy (E) Results in disconnect and failure to recon

Happened on Main and again tested on Mule. Crystal Zoning from lower Jeuno to Northern Sandy (E) results in disconnect and then error that "No response from the FFXI server". Error Code:FFXI-3001. This happened after updating to newest version and has been going on a few hours with no resolution. Mules logging in to other zones have no issue connecting.

I'm willing to bet that this is the reason most of these "Bugs" happen and people come to the official forums expecting results. Not saying that this is or isn't the case here, but I'm sure that most of these problems are created by what you mentioned.

There are several that are known to softlock you in various cutscenes and cause disconnects in certain circumstances, so without judging someone for using any as some are invaluable accessibility tools that SE has failed to deliver, sometimes they do cause problems.

Then do a file check in the POL viewer.

After that, back up your user data to the server at the character select screen, then quit out and delete said data.
