provenance bug

was just in provenance doing the voidwatch path went into begruelling fight, won that got ki on all, went got rewards, now when i go back to crystal all it says is you are cleared to enter battlefield, but you cannot while party members are engaged in combat. which only me in zone, went and bought other 2 ki for prov watcher fight got cs, and cannot do fight with that message still even after zoning and logging out and only me in zone.

can this be looked into please thanks

Seems to happen to someone every year.

They don't care and there's no known fix. Sorry, you're screwed. Logging won't fix it. Zoning won't fix it. Waiting won't fix it. Try again after the next maintenance.

Try to clear your loot for the win, and pray. There's a spot on the ground instead of a treasure, but as you logged it's likely gone now anyway.

yeah doesnt help when you want the voidstone ki and cant get into the fight

Steps:
1 Done vw path to get ki while event is on, entered and done biligement (not right spelling) one, killed those and recieved rewards no ki, as no proc, understand that.
2 went towards crystal to start 2nd fight, and says you are cleared to enter battlefield, but you cannot while party members are engaged in combat.
3 since couldnt fight thought i goto vw guy in sandy and get all ki from npc so can kill provenance watcher and continue cutscenes
4 got cutscenes for prov watcher, click crystal and message remains and cannot continue this story any further
5 i called a gm nothing they can do apart from asking me to fill in a bug report
6 tried 24 hours later and message is still same
7 i have just checked and now 48 hours later and went there solo and still says same cleared to enter battlefield but cannot while party members are engaged in combat

Since there was an e-maint, you could be good to go now.

I think it takes a full server cycle, but there's never been a mini maint to test.

since update, i have now been able to continue this, so issue is no longer and can be closed down
