What better day to post, asking for BST improvements than on April Fools?

Because we all are fools for thinking

1) The pet cap will be removed

2) Beast Affinity will be replaced

3) Ready distance will be back to normal

4) Exotic pets will be introduced (Phuabo, Puk, Wyvern, etc)

5) Scythe will be improved, such as more scythes and adding Crossreaper (Okay, maybe I am the only one asking for that as a BST/THF.)

6) REM related pets

7) More pet selections like other MMO.

8) Magic casting pets, since BST can be a solid Magic burster.

9) Giving jugs more abilities like how the Coeurls really can do nothing because Pounce is not available to it for some reason.

10) Jug lvl requirement removed

New producer, why not ask anyway on this wonderful day?

7) More pet selections like other MMO.like which other MMO?

FFXIV's been moving away from pets entirely, WoW's pet concepts aren't especially compelling, and I haven't really played another MMO that actually has "more pet selections" than FFXI. FFXI has a LOT of pets across multiple classes.

Ready distance will be back to normal

They intended for the Beastmaster to be fighting along side the pet. However, it's flawed. If you are fighting a large mob and you are avoiding frontal attacks - You will still get the 'out of range' message to issue commands to your pet.

So, I think, it should be increased a little, but maybe not to what it was before.

I entirely agree with that. However it seems like we were never able to get that message across. None of us were arguing that being able to stay completely out of harms way at all times was good gameplay, but the frustration involved with the fact that you can't be more than a few millimeters away from your pet to issue commands is more than a little unreasonable.
