Matsui-P will not magic burst wanted NMs

More a bug of unity than him specifically.

Wanted NMs are spec'd irregularly having very high meva. Matsui-P will not burst at all. Won't even attempt it. Even if he did it would do 200 damage, but that's not the point. His trust is supposed to magic burst a skillchain regardless.

Possibly won't burst because it will not cast all the debuffs he's supposed to cast first, but can't land anything and it gets "stuck" unwilling to cast anything at all. Poorly programmed AI.

Trust won't cast on mobs they know they will get resisted. This is common on all trust. There must be some kind of magic acc check they do. This is what makes fighing beetles in crawlers nest so difficult, no trust will dispell their evasion boost.

Shantotto will burst regardless, Matsui-P should as they have the exact same AI for bursts. His AI seems to get conflicted and acts in the incorrect manner.

They'll fix it or they won't. If they want their garbage to stay garbage it is what it is.
