Pol Viewer facilitates a wallpaper gallery.

This function ceased working around 2013.

All downloads are met with a prompt reading *** followed by nothing.

Can we get SE to fix this issue?

Has it been that long?

I figured they might have stopped serving them around the time they pulled the plug off of the e-mail service, which happened in 2019 I think.

But yeah, the least they could do, is provide an archive to download, though I'm sure they in general want to avoid suggesting users to do anything around the game directories.

The Greeting Cards seem to be unavailable as well, though interestingly both show the preview image. Guess those are embedded in a way, so they'll always be there.

I think your date may be off, but it is indeed broken. You can browse everything, you can see all the wallpapers, so dunno why it doesn't work. Presumably they actually took the content down but if that's the case, why didn't they remove the menu?

Not sure but the least they can do is let us put our own wallpapers up.. >.> or fix it.

Can we get some instructions on how to get around this an change it ourselves?

The only way I can think of is to find someone who has the files and copy them to where they belong on your side. As long as that's all that's needed, once you do so they should appear in the wallpaper list in the viewer settings

Well.. then lets have someone who knows what their doing jump on-board an provide the instructions/files =)
Until a solution appears that works.. this is what we're left with however.

Sadly, I used to have them but after a couple PC changes I don't seem to anymore. =\

The important thing is you tried to look for them, thanks.
Maybe someone else will have them an you can make a work-around based on that.

I'm reviving this, I have most of the lost SE wall papers. I have instructions for installing them too. Contact me if interested.
