固定ジョブでソーティはほそぼそとやっていますが固定ジョブの耳装備が古い箱２００個以上開けても出ません。ハズレ耳装備２５０個と目的のジョブ耳と交換出来るようにしてほしいです。

We've asked for something similar on the NA side of the forums. All players want a way to exchange/upgrade their earrings of a desired job. Random rewards that cannot be shared/traded/sold/exchanged/upgraded are harmful to the player base and the community.
