Steps: Hello. This evening during Sortie our group failed to receive the Shard #A despite opening Chest #A3. We gathered 6 Abject Acuexs and the Abject Obdella in order to spawn the Coffer #A, Chest #A3, Chest #A4, and Casket #A1. We opened Coffer #A before we spawned any of the other three chests. After the Acuexs were defeated, we had Chest #A3, Chest #A4, and Casket #A1. I opened Chest #A4 and received the Metal #A, another opened Casket #A1, and a third member opened Chest #A3 almost immediately after I opened A#4. All three chests were opened at nearly the same time. Although we received Gallimaufry for all the chests and the Metal #A, we did not receive the Shard #A. I recorded the run and reviewed the footage to ensure that we did in fact spawn all 4 chests and confirmed that we both spawned and opened Chest #A3. Thank you for your time.
