Game Not installed (error: 020)

Updated the game Monday, December 12th, POL wasn't displaying right, FFXI was normal. Tried logging in 2 days later gives me error 020 game not installed. game is still in folder. nothing has been installed or removed just getting error.

Use the file checker at the POL main menu. If you can't select FFXI, you'll need to reinstall, regardless of the files still being there.
