I've used Unreal Engine quite a lot, it's great to see someone re-creating zones from original assets but doing that and making a whole game you can play with others are two totally different things.

This is like building a 1/1 Ferrari out of fibreglass (which is awesome if someone gets pleasure doing that), it looks cool but you aren't driving to the shops in it at 100mph.
