Drops 0.5% from an endgame content boss. Shares a slot with the 99.5% chance drop club which has the same stats, but in place of "occasionally attacks 2 to 8 times", it has "occasionally attacks."

Never had it, even after capping all my jobs & skills, even when doing solo procs, never really need it.
Sure... it "might" help when i do get it, though I probably just try making fortune over AH instead.
It might be hilarious if this does happens in future, heck... I'm already surprised the Shinryu's auto-reraise gearset has their i119 version available now. lol
