Stuck in Vagary, Can't Log In

While trying to log back in to my character (Relihelimenli), I get a message saying it is already logged in and I should try again later. After trying several hours later, I still get the same message. I can log into my alts, but my main character is stuck in Vagary and I am unable to log in to it.

You need to use the forum template available in the sticky thread at the top of the forum and fill out all information, or any report you submit will be ignored as "insufficient information."
