dropped my adoulin neck, can I get another one?

So I thought that you could drop the adoulin neck piece, wait a day, and pay bayld and get another one. It does not appear so for the next piece. Anyone know how I can get it back? Trying to get the Adoulin's Refuge +1.

If you don't leave the area or log out you can recover discarded items from the recycle bin. Otherwise, you'll need to use your *one-time only* item restore by calling a GM.

And in the future I would advise you to double check these sorts of things before doing anything involving tossing/selling/trading items to NPCs.
