Game crashes in Xarcabard Zone

Steps:
1. Log in with character.
2. Game crashes between within seconds to a few minutes, sometimes immediately after spawning into zone.
3. Was able to use survival guide in "Castle Zvahl Baileys" to teleport out to different zone (Bastok Mines). Game did not crash outside of zone.
4. Teleported back to "Castle Zvahl Baileys" zone.
5. Game crashes between within seconds to a few minutes, sometimes immediately after spawning into zone.

Do a file check. It's not a game bug.
There are two ways to do a file check, and I advise doing both:
- At playonline's login menu, press Check Files
- In the FINAL FANTASY XI Config tool, there is also a file check utility.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, try disabling any external tools you may or may not be using. as there are many that can create this situation.
