Suggestion for new Apex camp - BLM / SCH camps

Flans. Can be enfeebled, can be heavily nuked.

Blm solo and group parties were an almost constant thing on flans.

Both of these were staples at at 75 for blm parties and solo for merits.

I had a BLM party yesterday to ML22. Just AoE cleaved the nest with another BLM. BLM is just as capable of fighting any Apex in a party as the other jobs, better even.

Apex magic bursting is how a ton of jobs have been mastered over the years.
Apex cleaving is excellent if you can buff enough to survive through the pull+cleave, and mage AoE WS dmg is insane.
BLM can solo just fine w/ trusts to make skillchains for them.

I think it would be good to have dedicated monsters designed to be killed by magic, flans were perfect because they took good damage and because they cast spells so much you would sleep / bind etc

Back at 75, there were perma groups at flans. As a blm or sch you just went to the camp and asked to join and they let you join, we need that again.

If we had flan parties you don't even really need trusts outside of 1-2 for magic attack / refresh.

With Apex Colibri (hopefully) it indicated they are open to more beloved monsters to be Apex, flans were certainly that for mages.

We already have the magic weak apex mobs that you are asking for;they are called apex umbril and are found in inner raz. They take double damage from elemental spells and can be fought the same way you did flans at 75. Yet for some reason blm/sch dont bother to kill them,so why should they add more?

People liked flans because they cast magic, so they don't come and whack you and interrupt your spells. Umbrils TP moves also suck, the paralyze can cripple you.

The actual flan camp in mount Z is also well known and easy to get to, it's the perfect group up on the spot apex camp for mages.

Normally I wouldn't suggest it, but since they added a dedicated AOE camp and now possibly a Collibri camp it looks liek they are trying to add job friendly camps people enjoyed.

Also should be pointed out that BLM can and should fight any mob with a DD opening SCs for MBs. The context of flans and wamouras from the OP ignores any context of why these camps existed or why they don't apply to today's BLMs.
