I get "Incorrect PlayOnline ID or Passwod" at the login

Details:
At the start of the PlayOnline Viewer I can't login anymore.
I type my Square Enix Password and my One-time-Password and get the message "Incorrect PlayOnline ID or Password"
Until 2 weeks ago it worked well. For about 1 week I can't login.

Steps:
1. Tried to login with the old password I know very well
2. Tried to change password
3. Tried to login with new password
4. Checked Files
Date & Time: Since June 20

Have you checked your PlayOnline password (Not Square Enix password) in your member account in the PlayOnline Viewer?

Common issue, as the migration to square enix accounts made login more complex. Glad you got it worked out and welcome back :)
