Isanie npc have problem

I cant trade my cooking set to Isanie,& Isanie cant give me checking craft point

Common point of confusion: are you trading cooking SETS or cooking KITS?
is your Cooking crafting rank Expert or higher?

My shield is Chef's Ecu, 100% got Craftsman's Crystal: Cooking item, so I made craft set 45, 70, 80 trade to Isanie, Isanie no response, and she only sell normal craft set, no other choice, e. g: check craft point use point buy other item for upgrade, I click all cook guild npc and Mewk Chorosap no any hits for me, I need throw shield made again?

I'm not 100% certain of your exact situation, but the wiki articles seem to cover a possible situation where you can't proceed because you don't have access to crafter points. whats the skill level of the craft you're doing the shield for?
