Tanks need an upgrade on hate keeping.

Example: Doing innin on a Nin with gear enmity -% still get hate with 2 WS of 5k.

Some of the "tanks" are significantly better than others. been a complaint of mine for years. New players only have access to the worst tanks and it can be impossible to get any of the good ones for months.
