Raining in Chocobo racing area

Hello,

I went to watch a chocobo race in the grandstands today for mastery points. When I left the grandstands it was raining and when I returned inside you could still see the rain weather effects.

This is indeed a pretty old issue, and has been reported multiple times in ages past, before the gods fell into slumber.

Also, you'll probably want to use the template from thread: Welcome to Forum: In-Game Bugs! for the bug reports to be processed at all. ^^
