Can we get a proper game suggestion forum?

We want to offer suggestions for new content, improvements and the like.

Can we get a proper forum to add them so the developers can possibly look at them? or the community staff can to pass on?

It would be really nice to have something like the bug reports forum, where posts get moved off to different boards based on whether they're rejected, approved, being addressed, completed, or need more information.
