1.Try enter Salvage when bots are rampant
People are using 3rd party tools to deny access to salvage to players other than themselves and their alternate accounts in order to manipulate the pricing on alexandrite. This is essentially a DDoS using the game system to do it.
This is preventing legitimate players able to access the content they so rightfully pay for and also preventing progression though the Mythic weapon quest line.
SOLUTION
put in place a proper queue system like that of Ambuscade, omen or odyssey to help mitigate the effects of those players not playing fairly. I am sure if you looked at server logs, you can find out who are doing this and punish them as appropriate
