Dear SE,

We recently posted our screenshots for your Cherry Blossom campaign. The deadline for posting these was March 11th. When are you planning on giving out the rewards? If you already did, I have not got mine yet. Thanks for any information.

Still have not received mine, and I recently deactivated my mules, so I hope SE has not sent them to one of those by mistake. I made two posts in the thread, but the first one didn't work because the image was cut. Hopefully has nothing to do with it.

Does the staff check the forums? What can I do about this?

Edit: Reactivated my mules for a moment just to check if it had been sent to them, but it hasn't, so whoever gave out the rewards overlooked me. :(

One (1) submission per account. If multiple submissions are posted, only the first submission will be accepted.

Please make sure your delivery box isn’t full. We will not resend the award if your delivery box is full at the time of delivery.
* If submitting through the Official Forum the award will be delivered to the character on the submitter’s forum handle. You can update your forum handle from the Settings > Edit Character option under the My Settings menu.
* If submitting through Twitter the award will be delivered to the character whose name and world is listed in the Tweet.
* Prize delivery is scheduled on or about April 15, 2022.

I think he's pointing to the fact that it could have to do with the two submissions you made, even if there was a problem with the first one.

Hopefully though, the community manager will take notice eventually and get you a clearer answer.

Yeah originally the submission was fine. The picture worked for well over a week. Once I noticed it wasn't working anymore, I was unsure if I should get the image back up or not, but because you can't edit your post, I figured it'd be better safe than sorry and make a note in a re-post. I can't understand why putting up a post explaining the issue with the image would be a problem, it's not difficult to notice what happened. This is why SE should do better with these campaigns. If no one is capable of moderating and communicating with players, then why do it?

I'm just resigned to the fact that SE doesn't care and never checks its forums. Oh well. It would have been nice to get something from this campaign, but clearly that's not happening.

We looked into this but do not see any submission from your forum handle Immortal. Was this submitted via Twitter by any chance? Can you please provide which character/world/prize you had in your submission so we can look into this? Thank you.
