I need some help setting up my character - I participated in the October screenshot campaign and wanted to provide some more here, but for some reason my character data for forums has been wiped. Even though my avatar and character are represented in my post, when I go to my account settings and try to edit character, I get logged out with the following message:


Since the valid character data is not present on your PlayOnline ID that is linked to your Square Enix Account, you are not allowed to log in to the forums.

Even if the monthly fee is paid and a valid content ID is available, a valid character data needs to be present.
Once the character is created, you will be eligible to log in to the forums. However, it may take some time until the character data is reflected to the system.

This is really weird - I've had my account set up properly since all the way back from when the forums first started. I wonder if this is why I never got my prize from back then, either...

I think I need help with this, but I don't know where to reach out.

Hi, first time participating in an event like this (posted my blossom screenshot on Twitter) and I'm hoping I didn't miss out on the reward since my box was full :(

I think one of the community reps will reply to this thread after delivery is complete — this could take upwards of a month depending on the process they follow and the total volume of submissions received. :)

To follow up with a related question though: when we're talking about the delivery box being full, does this refer to the 8 slots visible in the UI? Or does "delivery box" in this sense refer to the backlog of items waiting to enter the 8 slots visible in the UI? I'm assuming it's the latter, but wondered if anyone happens to know for sure. :D

Did anyone get their prize yet? My BF got his today. I checked my DB, it was filled with gil...I hope they didn't go out today and I got screwed out of my prize because people bought my stuff on the AH. I check my DB all the time :(

I think when they say to make sure your delivery box isn't full, they're referring to the 255 item size list that your delivery box only displays the first 8 of at any one time.

Yea, there are some strange people out there that hit that limit. I could only even imagine hitting that if i was going to stop using a mule and wanted to send EVERYTHING on it to another character.

Is there any forum representative who can let me know what is going on with the sending out of Cherry Blossom rewards?
Yet to receive mine. I deactivated my mules so I really hope it was not sent to one of them.

Thanks to Glesipnir for arranging my reward. There was no error on my part, it was just an oversight. If you have not received your item yet, I would encourage to contact a GM about it and see if they can do something. It has been many years of memories, but now Kylos can rest for a year or so.
