I tried to light all the lamps at the same time in nyzul but 1 of them dosen't want to light up
for some reason. This might be a glitch.

Of particular note is if there are more lamps than people in your party: "Size of party does not determine amount of lamps. Party of 4 can still have 5 lamps for example." Make sure you didn't miss one somewhere.
If you get the message "All lamps on this floor are activated, but some other action appears to be necessary in order to activate the rune of transfer." this basically means you need to try again. Although the game now gives you plenty of time to press all lamps now, so this shouldn't be common anymore.
