Mog Locker unlocked and active, ("You do not have access to a mog locker")

Hello, I have been using the mog locker on my secondary character for extra storage. It has worked fine for months, but since the last update, even when submitting imperial bronze tokens, I get the message "You do not have access to a mog locker" when opening it in the mog house. All items are grey and I can not remove them.
Lease is currently valid until 02/02/2022.

is it possible your mog locker access is restricted to Aht Urhgan only? The guy outside the MH in Whitegate can toggle that for you for a reduction in active lease time.

Don't feel foolish. It's a silly restriction and they should get rid of it.
