Trading a Moogle storage slip 13 and a Warrior's cuisses +2 to the Porter Moogle will not trigger any dialogue nor will the Warrior's cuisses +2 be stored.
I confirmed Warrior's cuisses +2 is one of the storable items of Moogle storage slip 13. By trading only the Moogle storage slip 13 to the Porter Moogle, and following the prompts to view the list of storable items, I confirmed Warrior's cuisses +2 is storable.
The Warrior's cuisses +2 is not augmented. This item Rare/Ex.

I followed your advice and augmented the item.

Upon attempting to trade the newly augmented Warrior's cuisses +2 to the Porter Moogle, they ask "Is that a Magian insignia I see on that warrior's cuisses +2?" and "You'll have to abandon your trial before I can take it off your hands, kupo."

I followed your advice and began and completed trial 4957. Although it differs in appearance and stats from the Warrior's cuisses +2 in the list of storable items given by the Porter Moogle, this new Warrior's cuisses +2 with the augmented icon and new effect "Enhances 'Warrior's Charge' effect" is storable. Thanks for the assistance throughout these couple of days. Sorry it took me a couple of replies to realize what you meant.

No problem, glad you got it figured out. Those have to be augmented to be stored because that is the "final form" of the warrior's cuisses +2. They saved a storage slip by not making one for unaugmented relic+2 equipment.
