After reaching stairs and triggering CS I examine the Final Survey Point, all i get is some Japanese characters and nothing else, so I don't know if the game is trying to tell me something or not as i cant read Japanese.
*i am Master 20 possible level restriction* ill try with a toon that's sub isn't above 49
update *tried with my master rank 0 BLU still no luck
the Japanese text translates to "nobody is here... lets look around elsewhere"

Final edit - it turns out i missed one of the survey points, but the bug i guess is still getting the CS at final survey point along with the Untranslated text when examining the survey point when others still to go.
