It is correct upon defeat

At the very least it seems to be just Ayame, I’m on Sylvie unity and got the correct info on the Mireu fight late Friday night on Asura as well as the one on Sunday afternoon both of which I fought in

yes, every other unity Mireu spawn message I've seen has been correct, that's why I specified Ayame.

Did you see if it happened on the Thursday morning spawn?

It happens every spawn, but I was not in her unity at that time. I have seen it multiple times though.
