Having a little trouble with the quest 'The Shadow Awaits'

Came back to this game after 4 years of inactivity just wanting to continue it and I saw that I still have 'The Shadow Awaits' to complete.

I need to talk to Star Sibyl with the key item Star Crested Summons but it's not in my inventory and I know I haven't defeated Shadow Lord since I last played. I talk to the gate NPC who mentions the item but it doesn't show up in my key items inventory.

I suspected I may need to turn in 3 crystals but I shouldn't have the quest as current if I did?

Any help would be much appreciated!

Did you try going to the battlefield area?

I'm thinking you may have already visited Star Sibyl, and next up is battle-time.

Thanks for the response! I probably have as I can't enter her chamber again.
Unsure where the arena is though, the guide implies I get teleported there but after logging in again I found myself in Jueno for some reason.

It's at the Castle Zvahl Baileys.

There's a home point there which you could use to teleport, if you have it activated, but I guess they chances for that are somewhat low.

I don't mind taking the journey there but at least I know what to do now!
