Steps:
1. I was in party (Alliance) when the Nm was defeated.
2.I was not involved in the direct fight, and did not take any actions.
3.I was in range and saw where there Nm was defeated
4. I did not receive the title, or key item from the defeat of the NM.

You need to use the template found in the sticky post for this forum section, or your report will be rejected as "insufficient information."

Were you in the party/allaince at the time of the wave being cleared? Were you with the group at the time / did you perform any actions?

I'm uncertain because I've never seen this issue, but in many contents, there are known conditions like this that will result in not receiving completion credit, which are not bugs.
