View Full Version : Metalworks/Trust:Bastok Bugged

The telepoints in Metalworks will not allow transportation out of the area. Touching them locks you in "chat". Secondly, Naji will not allow the completion of Trust:Bastok. Talking to him initiates dialogue but soon a box pops up with no selections and locks the dialogue. Exiting does not work for either situation.

Try temporarily turning off any external programs you may or may not be using.

No such luck a blank selection box keeps popping up when I talk to the npc. Happened also in Bastok Markets... tried to talk to "Repairing Moogle". However, I do not encounter this issue anywhere else in game. Just .. Bastok.:confused: I am a returning player just trying to complete the Trusts quest. Kinda being held back right now and it's frustrating.

Very unusual. Have you done a file check on the login menu of the playonline viewer?

Just did and it came back with no files needing repair. =[[ ... Guess I just keep trying. Hope it works one day.

5.24.21 - Still receiving same issue when I talk to Naji to finish the Trust quest, of a blank selection box and locks the progression of dialogue. Anymore ideas?

Only to try disabling any external tools you might have. If you aren't using any UI mods or anything like that, then I've got nothing.
