Ninja tanking

Why cant we have Inqudata for ninja we have 702 parry naturally and we can increase it up to 740 without even trying much just why cant we have Inquadata gear?????????????? ninja was the original parry job..

Ninja was accidentally good at tanking, it wasn't originally meant to be a tank.
