Why is the 2 Quests are in 17th Vana'Versary ROE Quests if we can't get the orbs anymore?

I wish i could do it. But every month i look for those 2 orbs in Login Campaign and i can't see them...

Because some people may have the orbs in their inventory. Or they might party with someone who has them.

I have one of each. I'd be happy to take you into them, but different servers etc.

That all said, would be agreeable if they just made them available each year at the anniversary.
