Memorial for players that have died in real life and for those that have left

I would like to suggest some type of memorial where we could etched names in for players that have died in real life and or left the game. Recently one of my ingame friends died, and would really like a way to remember him by as he did not craft anything that was signable for me. Etching names on the memorial would cost a high fee, as to prevent players from putting names of anyone, unless you would require a death certificate or other such proof to have the name etched onto the monument.

If an in game memorial isn't possible, perhaps an item for the mog house where we can put the name on.

I just would like some way to remember him by, or do something in game like how 14 did when they lost a player.

Raise a pet in your mog garden, and name it after them? You can name them anything you want in there.
