Started Death Penalty Mythic a month ago. Finished Duties, Tasks, and Deeds. Targeted Imperial Whitegate and got the regular cutscene for completing another mythic. Got a Yagrush instead of Death Penalty. Immediately after cutscene ended, FFXI crashed. Logged back on and now I have x2 Yagrush. One is iLvl 119 R10, and the stateless lvl 75. Yagrush.

Notes. I did have my iLvl 119 Yagrush in inventory during cutscene.


Dual wielding Yagrushx2 is cool and all, but I'd really like the correct mythic I started the quest with, WITHOUT doing all that garbage over again.

Aside from /tossing my computer out the window, what are my options?

Sounds like to me when you traded the base weapon quicksilver to Abquhbah, you did not actually finish the trade because he was still holding a werebuster. There is a 2nd click that you have to do to tell him to give back the werebuster and replace it with quicksilver.

That could be a possibility, but I specifically remember getting the werebuster back and then tossing it right afterwards.

What happens to your -na spells when you dual wield both?

That fancy new yag is blank and will forever remain blank! Honestly, I'd take a DP over that Yag . . . it sucks as a DPS weapon!! (except for soloing).
