I'm looking for a LS with EU/German active times. I dont mind doing hardcore or progress stuff but mostly i'm focused on causal fun.

To find linkshells, your best bet is the linkshell concierges in game. Be sure to check all of them (there are several in each city) as they feature linkshells with a different stated purposes.

You don't need to look for one on the official forum. You can /yell for one in the game. There people out there would like to know what you are looking for and they would like to have some questions for you in /tell depending on your time zone. Since you are from Germany and can speak English you should be okay. Good luck!
