Hello to all,
The new "Repairer Moogle" unfortunately does not seem to accept items that have been broken for years.

That NPC is there to fix one specific glitched item, and it doesn't appear to be the one you're trading.
From the patch notes:
An item restoration NPC has been implemented.
This NPC will restore certain items that have corrupted data.
Applicable item:
Triska Scythe +1
Restoring your item
Speak with the Repairer Moogle and trade your Triska Scytche +1 to see if its data has been corrupted.
If the data is corrupted, the NPC will fix it and return your item to you.
